When I was at SOBEWFF I experienced the most amazing food and wine! I was so inspired, I came home and recreated my favorite individual charcuterie cups. While this post is sponsored by Florida Milk, my love of blueberries and Florida Milk and this recipe are my own.

Did you all catch my epic experiences at South Beach Wine and Food Festival this year? Not only did I get to attend the Best Of The Best and taste test the most incredible eats and wines, but I also served up my chilled blueberry soup to influencers and Food Network stars. YES, Marc Murphy stopped by and tried my soup and chatted with me! I even have the pictures to prove it thanks to my mom 🙂 She got to attend too and helped with my video and photography. How amazing is that?!

Here are a few of my videos from my South Beach Food and Wine Festival

charcuterie cups

One of my favorite things at the Best of the Best event at South Beach Wine and Food Festival was the epic charcuterie display by Florida Milk and Magical Charcuterie. The charcuterie cups were great because you could grab one and walk around. Which was perfect, because there was lots of wine options from some of my favorite wineries to be sipped and enjoyed.

In fact, I loved them so much I tried re-creating them at home. These are perfect for happy hour with friends, easy snack or even a fun meal option. Who doesn’t love picking there favorite snacks off of a stick and eating with their hands?? I know I do! Plus, these are completely customizable to what you are in the mood for that day or what your family enjoys.

I recommend making sure you have a variety of food groups on each stick though: fresh produce, cheese and meats. This variety helps balance everything out….and all the colors make them look pretty 😉

Here’s why I love making Individual Charcuterie Cups:

  1. Charcuterie cups are an individualized way to enjoy a charcuterie spread without the need for a large board or plate. They are perfect for any occasion, like SOBEWFF or happy hour at home.
  2. The layered presentation of different meats, cheeses, fruits, and other goodies in a cup creates an eye-catching display. I love that it allows for a variety of colors, textures, and flavors in a single serving.
  3. Charcuterie cups can be tailored to individual preferences and dietary restrictions. Make them into whatever you and your friends may want! Personally, I picked ingredients I saw (and loved) from SOBEWFF.

How To Make Individual Charcuterie Cups:

Start by preparing your ingredients. Slice the cured meats and cheeses into bite-sized pieces. Wash and dry any fruits or vegetables.
Choose serving cups or serving sticks that are suitable for individual portions. These can be plastic cups, glass jars, or any food-safe vessel that you prefer.
Begin layering the ingredients on the sticks and place them into the for serving cup.
Charcuterie cups can be prepared ahead of time to allow for more time for you to relax and mingle with friends at your next gathering.

Now, I do love a good charcuterie board too, but I also love the individual cups, they are perfect for grabbing one and not having to stay in the kitchen and hover over the board if you don’t want to.
