We have been to Napa numerous times and every time we go, we stay in Yountville. It’s a quaint town that allows you to walk to numerous restaurants, wine tastings, experience art, walk through vineyards and so much more! We see hot air balloons just about every morning.

Where To Stay In Yountville

If you are planning a trip to Yountville one of your first concerns is probably the best place to stay. Yountville will not disappoint with their luxurious hotel accommodations, or if you are looking for something a little more quaint they have several bed and breakfast options.

Hotel Villagio

We have stayed here numerous times and absolutely love it.

We love the modern vibe when you walk in and the fact that there is a bar in the lobby for the evening’s you’d like a night cap. Several days a week they also have live entertainment and wine tastings. If you are looking for a luxurious lifestyle destination then the Hotel Villagio located at the Estate Yountville may be the perfect lodgings for you. The Estate Yountville is a 22 acre village within a village with the Vintage House on the north end of the estate and the Hotel Villagio on the south end of the estate. 

The Hotel Villagio is bright, modern, and brand new with all of the amenities you would expect from a contemporary luxury hotel.These include a pool, sauna, tennis courts, fitness center, and spa.

The hotel has 113 amazing guest rooms including 22 suites. In your room you will find a fluffy robe and slippers, a well stocked mini bar, luxurious bedding and pillows, a soaking tub, and a walk-in rain shower. You will be welcomed with a complimentary glass of wine upon your arrival and there is a complimentary continental breakfast available for all guests each day. There is no need to worry about lunch and dinner, because you will be within walking distance to some of the best celebrity chef restaurants in the area.

The Vintage House

On a recent visit to Napa Valley, we stayed at the Vintage House.  The Vintage House is a visitor favorite with its touches of rustic elegance and modern sophistication.

They have guest rooms, lofts, and bungalows, and all come with a fireplace. We used the fireplace every night (we went in January) and loved the romantic yet cozy ambience it gave us. There is a state of the art fitness center on the property as well as a world-renowned spa. Personally, we just loved sitting in the gorgeous lobby with the fire in the background or sitting outside taking in the mountain views. 

We started each day with a complimentary wine country breakfast, and there are complimentary wine tastings offered on-site on the weekends. We were able to try Hill Family Wines our first night.  The pastries at the breakfast are provided by the Model Bakery and while they are all delicious, the English muffins are not to be missed. Seriously, they made Oprah’s list of favorite things in 2016, and they are world-famous. Don’t worry if you fall seriously in love with them they will ship some to you.  I may have to call them to place that order!

North Block Hotel

If you are looking for serenity in a modern boutique style hotel check out the North Block Hotel located at the North end of town. There are only 20 well-appointed and sophisticated rooms, and complimentary amenities include a welcome drink upon arrival, signature bath products from the onsite spa, espresso machine, plush robes, and a complimentary breakfast.

Bardessono Hotel and Spa

The Bardessono hotel and spa is situated right in the heart of Yountville just a short walk to amazing restaurants, and a quick drive to some of the best wineries in the area. This 62 room hotel features the Lucy restaurant, a bar, pool, and spa.
