The story of Emilo and Gloria Estefan come to life in the new musical ON YOUR FEET! And I enjoyed every minute of the performance here in Tampa at Straz Center. While I was able to attend the show free of charge, all opinions are 100% my own.

You know the music, but do you know the story? I didn’t. I didn’t know the humble beginning of Gloria Estefan or how her and Emilio met and fell in love.
What I did know, what that when ON YOUR FEET! came to Tampa at the Starz I wanted to see it because I knew the rhythm and beat would get me moving and leave me smiling. I got that and so much more. I laughed, I even cried, and I got ON MY FEET and danced. Glorida Estefan, and the Miami Sound Machine 😉 created amazing music that I’m sure we can all relate to, but their story is unforgettable. When you hear music on the radio, you sometimes forget that the people singing it are REAL people, people with real lives, real heartache, real emotions. I love that ON YOUR FEET! not only shares the music that we have all loved for decades, but share the real story that will make you love the music even more.
