Salmon with Mustard and Brown Sugar Glaze
My husband and I love salmon. Salmon is definitely one of our favorite meals and every now and then I try to experiment and find us a new way to enjoy it. We definitely love the sweet and savory, the Maple Glazed Salmon has been a go-to salmon recipe for us for a few years now. So, I went with the sweet…brown sugar…and savory…the Dijon mustard. And the end result is an easy and outstanding salmon recipe.

We served ours with roasted asparagus and it was the perfect accompaniment. No carbs needed π This recipe will definitely be one that we will keep in our regular rotation of salmon recipes. It’s easy to make and full of robust flavor. We always get our salmon from Anderson Seafoods, it’s the freshest and best tasting we have found.
How do you enjoy your salmon? Baked? Grilled? Smoked? Sauteed?

I hope they do ?
The funny thing is, I had two pieces of salmon thawing when I saw this post. Our favorite way to make it is teriyaki, but since I just had something with teriyaki for dinner last night, I really wanted something different. I followed the recipe for everything except for the ginger, since for some reason, my jar of ginger is missing (I’ll pick up another one tomorrow). I love how this tastes, and it’s SO easy to make. It’s also something with ingredients I typically have on hand. It’s definitely on my list to make again!
I’m so glad you enjoyed it! We have made it several times ourselves too. I love how all the flavors work together! Thank you so much for your feedback.
Looks good and easy to make. I pinned it.
Enjoy!
We love salmon. This recipe sounds so delicious. Going to have to make this real soon.
Salmon is my most favorite meal. I could eat it everyday. This recipe looks wonderful.
I hope you enjoy it as much as we do!
You know, I’ve never eaten salmon cooked as a ‘filet’ type dish. I’ve had salmon patties, but never this. It looks delicious & I love fish, so I need to try this.
I have never had it as a patty! Looks like we will both have to try the others π
I like salmon any which way. This would be very good. It’s also asparagus season.
Well, then I hope you try this recipe and like it too!
I would definitely would love to try the Salmon with Mustard and Brown Sugar Glaze. I think it is a great plate, of which it’s on my menu later this next week.
My husband really loves salmon. I’m not crazy about it unless it has a great topping. This should do the trick! Pinning for future reference.
