Celebrate fall with this Pumpkin Mango Smoothie Bowl! A nutritious, flavorful easy meal made with pumpkin, fruit, and protein-rich yogurt. While this post is sponsored by Healthy Family Project, all opinions and my love for supporting my local community are my own.

It’s pumpkin season! And what better way to celebrate than with a fun smoothie bowl? I love finding creative seasonal twists that make it easy to enjoy more fresh produce, and this recipe is the perfect. Just yesterday at Publix, I spotted the Produce for Kids signs throughout the produce department and picked up some of my favorite participating items: Chiquita bananas, Del Monte mango chunks, and fresh watermelon. Not only are these ingredients absolutely delicious in my Pumpkin Mango Watermelon Smoothie Bowl, but every purchase also supports the partners that give back to the community through the Healthy Family Project campaign. Now that’s a reason to feel good about what’s in your bowl! Plus, this smoothie bowl is loaded with nutrients to keep you energized all season long….or just all afternoon long đ
Why You’ll Love This Smoothie Bowl
This smoothie bowl is a seasonal treat! The pumpkin puree adds a cozy fall twist, while mango and watermelon bring refreshing tropical vibes. Add banana for natural sweetness, protein-packed vanilla Greek yogurt for creaminess, and a sprinkle of cinnamon to tie it all together, you’ve got a flavor combo that’s fun, balanced, and nourishing.Plus, it’s pretty!
Health Benefits of the Pumpkin Mango Smoothie Bowl with Banana & Watermelon
- Pumpkin Puree: A fall favorite that’s loaded with vitamin A for eye health, plus fiber to help you to stay feeling full.
- Mango: Packed with vitamin C and antioxidants that support immunity and glowing skin.
- Watermelon: Naturally hydrating and a great source of lycopene, which is good for heart health.
- Banana: Adds potassium and natural energy, perfect for breakfast or post-workout.

Tips & Topping Ideas
I topped mine with mango chunks, sliced banana, pumpkin seeds (roasted and salted…yum!) chopped pecans and a sprinkle of cinnamon. But you can easily customize your pumpkin smoothie bowl with your favorite toppings. Here are some suggestions:
- For extra crunch, add some granola. It also makes the bowl extra hearty.
- Add Chia seeds or flaxseeds to pack in fiber, omega-3s, and a little superfood power.
- Sprinkle on coconut flakes for a tropical touch that pairs perfectly with banana, mango and watermelon.
- Drizzle of honey, maple syrup or nut butter for an extra touch of sweetness.
- Use frozen fruit to make your pumpkin smoothie bowl extra thick.
- Add a splash of milk if yours gets too thick.
This Pumpkin Mango Watermelon Smoothie Bowl is more than just a tasty recipe, it’s a all about seasonal flavors, healthy choices, and giving back. By picking up fresh produce during the Produce For Kids campaign at Publix, you’re not only fueling your family with nutritious meals but also supporting programs that make a real difference in our communities.
