Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup mango
  • 1/2 cup watermelon
  • 1 banana peeled
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
  • 5.3 oz vanilla Greek yogurt I used the 20g protein Chobani variety
  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
  • Chopped pecans and pumpkin seeds for garnish if desired

Instructions

  • Blend all the ingredients together and pour into your favorite bowl.
  • Add your favorite toppings.
  • Enjoy!

Notes

Use frozen fruits for a thicker smoothie bowl
