Easy Pumpkin Fluff Dip made with real pumpkin, warm spices, and Florida Milk. A creamy fall dessert perfect for holidays, parties, and quick seasonal treats. While this post is sponsored by Florida Milk, all opinions and my love of dairy and pumpkin are my own.
Pumpkin isn’t just for fall in my house… it’s something I enjoy all year long. If you’ve never tried Pumpkin Fluff, get ready for your new go-to quick dessert! This light, creamy pumpkin dip comes together in under 10 minutes, uses simple ingredients, and is a healthier treat you can feel good about enjoying any time of year.
And because I love supporting local whenever I can, I make this recipe with Florida Milk, which gives the fluff its silky, perfectly creamy texture. Choosing Florida dairy means choosing fresh, locally produced milk from hardworking Florida dairy families, something that matters deeply to me and my kitchen.
Whether you’re making a festive dip for Thanksgiving, a lighter dessert for a family gathering, or just a wholesome snack for yourself, this Pumpkin Fluff Dip is always a hit.
Why You’ll Love This Pumpkin Fluff Dip
Here are a few reasons this simple dessert has become one of my favorite “whip it up anytime” recipes:
- Ready in under 10 minutes, mix, chill, done!
- Light and creamy texture thanks to whipped topping and whole milk.
- Healthier than many desserts with real pumpkin and simple ingredients.
- Perfect for any season – fall, holidays, or anytime you want something sweet.
- Kid-friendly and great for gatherings.
- Pairs with fruit, crackers, cookies, and more.
It’s the kind of recipe that works for a potluck, a holiday spread, or just a Tuesday night when you want something sweet that doesn’t undo your whole day.
Why Florida Milk Makes a Difference
Dairy adds richness, creaminess, and body to this dip, but using Florida Milk makes it extra special. Florida is home to multi-generational dairy farms that prioritize freshness, animal care, and high-quality milk. When I choose Florida Milk, I’m supporting local agriculture and bringing home milk that’s as fresh as possible.
Plus, milk adds essential nutrients like calcium, protein, and vitamin D – all important for healthy families.
In this Pumpkin Fluff, the whole milk helps the pumpkin and pudding blend smoothly, giving the dip that dreamy, fluffy consistency!
Ingredients You’ll Need
- Pure pumpkin purée – the star ingredient that gives this dip its naturally sweet, velvety pumpkin flavor.
- Vanilla instant pudding mix – helps thicken the mixture and adds just the right amount of sweetness and structure.
- Whole milk (I love using Florida Milk!) – gives the pudding mix the creaminess it needs and helps the dip come together smoothly.
- Whipped topping – what makes the dip light, fluffy, and irresistibly airy.
- Vanilla extract – adds warmth and depth to the overall flavor profile.
- Pumpkin pie spice – brings those cozy, blended spices like nutmeg, ginger, and cloves.
- Cinnamon – enhances the spice mixture with an extra layer of warmth.
No baking, no fuss, and no fancy steps. Just whisk, chill, and enjoy.
How to Make Pumpkin Fluff – In Under 5 Minutes!
Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl until smooth, creamy, and fully combined. Then chill for at least one hour before serving so the flavors meld and the texture thickens. DONE!
That’s it! The prep is lightning fast, the fridge does the rest.

More Pumpkin Recipes to Try
If you’re looking for more ways to enjoy pumpkin or you’ve got extra pumpkin purée waiting to be used, you’ll love adding another recipe to your list. For a savory twist, try my Savory Pumpkin and Bacon Dip – it’s a delicious, creamy appetizer that pairs perfectly with crackers, veggies, or crostini. It’s a great contrast to this light and fluffy Pumpkin Dip, and it’s an easy way to use every last spoonful of pumpkin. You can find the recipe here.
Is Pumpkin Fluff a Healthy Dessert?
Yes! Compared to many dessert dips and sweet holiday spreads, this Pumpkin Fluff is definitely on the lighter, healthier side. Pumpkin adds fiber, vitamins, and antioxidants, while the milk contributes essential nutrients and creaminess without needing heavy cream.
Serve it with fruit, and you’ve got a sweet treat that feels indulgent but fits beautifully into a balanced lifestyle – which is exactly why I make it year-round.
