Easy Pumpkin Dip

A light, creamy, and delicious pumpkin dessert you can enjoy any time of year! Prepped in under 10 minutes, this easy dip combines pumpkin, vanilla pudding, whipped topping, and warm spices for a fluffy treat. Serve with apple slices, graham crackers, or your favorite dippers.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup 100% pure pumpkin
  • cup whole milk
  • 1 oz Vanilla instant pudding I used sugar free
  • 8 oz Cool Whip or similar whipped topping we used lite, you can use fat free though if you prefer
  • ½ tbsp vanilla extract
  • ½ tbsp pumpkin pie spice
  • ½ tbsp cinnamon

Instructions

  • Mix all together and chill for an hour before serving.
  • Enjoy!
