Korean Beef Recipe – Ready in 15 Minutes!
We love oriental cuisine, but I don’t make it much because it always looks so complicated! And if you know me, I love to cook, but complicated isn’t always my strong point 😉 That’s why I am super excited about this Korean Beef and Rice Recipe! And actually, I made it with ground turkey here but I have made it with ground beef countless times, just use whatever you have on hand. If you like to cut down on red meat when you can, and this is definitely a recipe where we couldn’t tell the difference.
I also mixed quinoa in with the white rice, and my husband said he could barely tell 😉 I don’t know about you, but I am all about sneaking the good stuff in when I can!
I absolutely love the sauce for this recipe and it’s so easy to make. In fact, it would be delicious in other recipes… We have actually used this korean beef sauce on my slow cooker korean chicken as well and it was delicious.
Now, here is my Korean Beef Rice Bowl Recipe. Make sure to Print It and Pin It so that you can make it again and again

This recipe for Korean Beef sounds delicious! Thank you for sharing it with us,
I’ve made one with some of the same ingredients that is excellent. It’s similar, but different – all your ingredients (except ginger), but hoisin sauce instead of the brown sugar, chicken broth, broccoli, red wine, corn starch, and more garlic….and It makes a great broccoli in garlic sauce. I found that recipe somewhere and try every variation I find. This one looks great. I just saved your recipe. thanks.
This sounds like a very quick & easy dish to make. I think my family would like it.

I’ve never tried it. I’m open to new foods as long as the recipe doesn’t call for fish sauce. I can’t take the smell of it.
