Sparkling Peachade Vodka Cocktail
You can usually find me unwinding from a long day with a nice glass of wine in my hand, but when the temperatures are in the 100s there is nothing quite like a cool and refreshing cocktail over ice. Vodka is usually by spirit of choice, and since my Call Me A Cab Cocktail is the most popular post on my blog, I am guessing you all like it too ๐
This Sparkling Peachade Vodka Cocktail is really easy to make and has some of my favorite flavors of summer. You will mix the sweetness of peaches with the tart of lemonade, spike it with vodka and then even it all out with sparkling water. I have used both lemon-lime sparkling water and lemon and both were fantastic, but I am sure other varieties would be delicious as well.
Peaches are one of my favorite summer fruits, bringing a burst of juicy sweetness to any recipe. Not only are they delicious, but they’re also packed with nutritional benefits. Peaches are a great source of vitamins A and C, which support healthy skin and boost immunity. They’re also hydrating, as they’re made up of nearly 90% water, making them perfect for hot summer days.
When selecting peaches for your cocktail, look for ones that are slightly soft to the touch and have a sweet aroma.
Tips to Customize Your Sparkling Peachade Vodka Cocktail
- Make It Extra Fruity: Add muddled fresh peaches or peach puree for an extra burst of flavor.
- Use Flavored Vodka: Swap plain vodka for peach, lemon, or even vanilla vodka to complement the sweet and tart flavors.

Sparkling Peachade Vodka Cocktail
Ingredients
- 1-2 oz lemonade
- sparkling water to taste I used lemon lime
- 1 oz vodka
- 1 oz peach schnapps
- ice
- fresh peaches for garnish if desired
Instructions
- Place ice in glasses
- Pour in 1 – 2 ounces of lemonade
- Pour in 1 ounce of vodka
- Pour in 1 ounce of peach schnapps
- Top with sparkling water
- Garnish with fresh peach slices if desired
- Enjoy!
