This Simple Sippin’ Vodka Sangria Spritzer is refreshingly delicious and easy to make. Enjoy this Wine Cocktail with friends! Or by yourself…I won’t judge.
Simple Sippin’ Vodka Sangria Spritzer
I love a good glass of wine. It requires little thought, you simply open the bottle, pour, and you have a little slice of heaven in a glass. But just recently, I have discovered mixin’ my wine. WHAT?! Either you are thinking: “Where the heck has she been, I have been doing that for years” or “How dare she mess with a good wine!”. I will admit, I was the latter of those two, so if you are too – I recommend just giving it a try.
I have a “bubbly” water every single day, I don’t drink juice or sodas anymore, so that’s my version of a carbonated, “sweet” drink. The other night, I opened my La Croix at about 6:00 p.m., after a few sips I decided that what I really wanted was a glass of Cabernet Sauvignon. So, I combined the two! I added in some fresh berries and a splash of vodka, and my result was a Simple Sippin’ Vodka Sangria Spritzer. Bubbly Summer in a glass.
The weather is warming up and sometimes you just need a nice and easy summer cocktail that cools ya down and tastes refreshing, and that’s exactly what this simple sippin’ sangria spritzer is.
Now that you have that bottle of wine open, you may want to experiment with a few other wine cocktails. Wine cocktails are fun and so easy to make! Here are two other wine cocktails made with Cabernet Sauvignon for you to try: Call Me A Cab Vodka Cocktail and Strawberry Sangria.
If you like the idea of a cocktail made with sparkling water (these are low-cal too!), then be sure to try these: Cucumber Mint Vodka Cocktail and Cherry Vodka Spritzer.
Now, here is my Simple Sippin’ Vodka Sangria Spritzer Recipe. Be sure to Print It and Pin It so that you can make it again and again. You’ll definitely want to π

Call Me A Cab Vodka Lemonade Wine Cocktail
These sound so good. I think we will be giving them a try at our 4th of July Picnic.
That vodka sangria looks awesome!! Yummy for summer
I don’t drink much, but I do appreciate a small glass of sweet wine once in a blue moon. This sounds like a simple enough sweet sangria drink that would be nice during the summer months. I’ll have to try mixing this up this summer with various fruits & see how it goes.
These sound so good. Very refreshing for these hot days of summer. I will be giving these a try soon. Thank you for sharing
This looks so yummy and perfect for bridal showers!
This looks great! I’m on the no soda bandwagon as well and find the carbonated waters do help alleviate my cravings. Try the Cascade Ice sparkling water. It doesn’t have the chemical taste that La Croix has.
I want to try the Call Me A Cab Vodka Lemonade Wine Cocktail.
It’s amazing! Perfect summer cocktail! Enjoy π
This sounds so refreshing and yummy!
Thank you!
I don’t like vodka, but I’d love to try this drink…with what could I replace it?
I downloaded the recipe, I’ll have a lot of parties this summer, everybody will love this! Thanks!
You could leave it out, or maybe try a flavored one (I would recommend a berry flavor) if you don’t like traditional vodka. I think a dark rum would change the flavor up too much. Let me know what you try, I would love to hear!
I don’t drink vodka, but I have to give this a try.
It’s nice and refreshing, I hope you enjoy it!
I’d love to try the Aloha Sunset Wine Cocktail.. I could see my husband and I sipping on these on the porch on a hot summer night. Thank you for the recipe!
You’re welcome! I hope he enjoys it π
