I’ve done my best to include a wide variety of exciting options on this website and I’m always interested in testing and adding more. So, if you have a recipe idea, I’d love to hear about it.

Like you, I’m a busy mom who doesn’t have time to make complicated, gourmet meals. But I can whip up a quick weeknight meal like a healthy Greek-inspired pizza from scratch with fresh vegetables. On-the-go? Make one of my smoothie recipes to take with you as you’re running out the front door. How about an easy make-ahead breakfast so that we can sleep in on the weekends? Or maybe you just don’t want to feel like you are stuck in the kitchen during special holidays like Thanksgiving and Christmas. Whatever the occasion, I’ve got you covered, from breakfast to lunch to dinner and every snack break in-between.

Oh and don’t forget about the beauty of brunch – the meal that is all about celebrating time with family and friends, not slaving in the kitchen.
