Grass Skirt Cocktail
I have another gin cocktail for you all. This is a Grass Skirt Cocktail. Grass skirt cocktails is considered a popular summer drinks due to their refreshing color and fruity flavor. This summer cocktail is named after dress pieces from the Polynesian islands, the grass skirt will surely cool those hot summer nights down to a nice warm glow.
When I think of the Polynesian islands, I immediately think of fresh pineapples and fun, fruity cocktails and that is exactly what this cocktail is all about.
To make this Grass Skirt Gin Cocktail you will need:
Gin
Cointreau or triple sec
Pineapple Juice
Grenadine
A fresh slice of pineapple for garnish
Ice
The result is a refreshing and tropical cocktail for you to enjoy all summer long. And beyond! Who says we can only enjoy the tropics in the summer?!

Tropical Grass Skirt Cocktail
Ingredients
- ice cubes
- 1½ oz gin
- 1 oz triple sec Cointreau
- 1 oz fresh pineapple juice
- ½ tsp grenadine
- 1 slice pineapple for garnish
Instructions
- Fill a shaker halfway with ice cubes.
- Pour in the gin, triple sec, grenadine and pineapple juice.
- Shake well pour into an old fashioned glass without straining.
- Garnish with the pineapple slice.
- Enjoy!
