Chickpea Salad Recipe
I got a package from Wild Oats last week filled with delicious foods and seasonings to create a delicious summer recipe! Here are a few of the products that I received (you can grab them at Walmart!) and the recipe that I came up with is a low-fat, flavorful Chickpea Salad! In fact, I will be having it for lunch today 🙂
Now, here is my Chickpea Salad Recipe, be sure to Print It and Pin It so that you can make it again and again.
- 1 can Wild Oats Chickpeas – drained and rinsed
- 1 can Wild Oats Diced Tomatoes – drained
- 1 cup cooked Wild Oats Long Grain Rice
- 1 green pepper – diced
- Feta cheese and balsamic vinegar for toppings if desired
- Mix all ingredients expect the cheese and balsamic vinegar into a bowl
- Add toppings if desired
- Serve cold
