Vegan Tofu Smoothie with Banana & Veggies
You guys know that I love starting my day with a smoothie. And this is a first for me! I had some silken tofu sent to me as part of a different campaign and I will admit, I had never had it before. It said right on the package “for smoothies” so I decided I would give it a whirl! It did look a bit weird at first, and the texture was different to me, but it did indeed make for a delicious smoothie! The tofu adds an excellent source of protein that kept me feeling satisfied until lunch. So, if you are a tofu fan, or a first timer, I definitely recommend trying my Vegan Tofu Smoothie with Banana and Veggies.

Vegan Tofu Smoothie with Banana & Veggies
Equipment
Ingredients
- 5 baby carrots
- 3-5 thin slices of cucumber
- 1/2 banana
- 1/2 cup organic silken tofu
- 1 tbsp Organic Peanut Butter or 2 tablespoon of Peanut Butter Powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 3 ice cubes
- 4 - 6 oz of coconut water
Instructions
- Place the ingredients into your blending device as listed above
- Blend until smooth
- Enjoy!

I like using peanut butter powder in smoothies. Combines easily.
I’ve never heard of silken tofu before. I doubt that I would buy and make one of these, but if someone gave me a taste of theirs I’d be good.
