Yes, we have yet another interesting smoothie combination today. I will be honest, I would have never thought to put a sweet potato in my smoothie, but when my mom suggested it, I guess I really couldn’t think of a reason why not too. I mean, sweet potatoes are loaded with vitamins and are sweet, so they should be good in smoothies, right? And pineapple is always juicy and sweet!
What actually started this smoothie combination was my mom, she hurt her foot while we are on vacation and we wanted to do everything possible to help make it feel better. So, she found some ingredients that will help her heal naturally…from the inside out π
The ingredients she found were sweet potato, pineapple, turmeric, and cucumber. So that is exactly what we put in our Ninja Auto iQ for our smoothie! And much to my surprise…it was really good!

Pineapple Sweet Potato Smoothie
Equipment

Ingredients
- ΒΌ - Β½ sweet potato cubed
- 2 slices pineapple
- 5-6 cucumber slices
- 1 tsp turmeric
Instructions
- Place all ingredients as listed into your favorite blending device
- Blend until smooth
- Enjoy!
