Orange Blossom Cocktail
Fruity and cooling with a considerable alcoholic hit makes the Orange Blossom Cocktail the perfect accompaniment to the dress-down summer picnic, poolside barbecue or any day that you need a delicious cocktail. Made popular back in Prohibition days, because it’s so easy to make, this gin cocktail is simply gin and orange juice. The Orange Blossom is very similar to a Screwdriver, except made with gin and a splash of simple syrup. The Screwdriver is made with vodka. The splash of simple syrup sweetness up this cocktail just a little bit.
Doesn’t that look refreshing? I thought so. So, let’s start making your cocktail, shall we?
Orange Blossom Cocktail Ingredients:

Simple syrup
Orange slice for garnish
To make an Orange Blossom Cocktail:
I drink mine with ice in the glass, as this cocktail has equal amounts of alcohol and OJ, the melted ice is a happy balance for me 😉
If you prefer to not have the ice, fill a shaker with ice cubes add in the ingredients, shake vigorously and then strain into your favorite cocktail glass. Garnish with orange slice.
