Lemon Pasta Salad with Tomatoes, Cucumber, and Feta
Doesn’t that just sound refreshing? This pasta salad is delicious. And I will be the first to admit that I don’t normally make pasta salads because most are creamy and filled with unwanted fat and calories. I have had it for lunch the past 2 days π
I told you guys a few weeks ago that I recently partnering with organicgirl and I was trying out some of their new products. Well, what makes this Lemon Pasta Salad so easy and yum is the lemon agave salad love dressing.
salad love is the new line of fresh, premium organic vinaigrettes are light and refreshing, and made with whole organic ingredients—real lemons, kale, herbs, and farm-fresh cheeses—for that super fresh and delicious taste. In three flavors, salad love’s lemon agave, white cheddar and kale parmesan are created with chefs to flatter and enhance the natural flavors in organicgirl greens and in your other recipes, like this pasta salad :).

Oh my goodness this looks so delicious and refreshing. During the summer when it’s too hot to cook I like to make different salads. I am definitely going to book mark this receipe.
I am growing my veggies for this. I cant wait! It looks so yummy!
When I was little I took a big swig out of what I thought was a jug of juice. It was cooking oil! I haven’t been able to touch oil since! Having said that I’d probably use a balsamic vinegar/mustard dressing and actually this would be nice with the pasta still warm!
