Funfetti Popcorn Mix Holiday Recipe

The holidays are here and that means we are all having FUN in kitchen.  I wanted to make a quick and delicious snack for the kids that was festive.  I ended up grabbing things out of my pantry and score a hit!  We even had enough leftover to share with the neighbors 🙂

What You Need:

• 1 bag of popcorn – I used Jolly Time Popcorn
• 1 cup of pretzel pieces
• 3/4 cup marshmallows
• M&Ms
• 5 cubes from Almond Bark
• Wax paper

What You Do:

• Pop the popcorn
• Add popcorn, pretzels, M&Ms, and marshmallows to a big bowl
• Melt the almond bark in 45 sec intervals so you don’t over heat it
• Pour half the melted chocolate over the popcorn mix
• Using a spatula gently stir the mixture
• Pour the remaining half of the chocolate over the snack mix
• Pour chocolate coated snack mix onto wax paper
• Sprinkle with Christmas Sprinkles if desired
• Allow to cool
• Store in an airtight container
• Share and enjoy
