ChocoChata Martini
The holidays are coming! That means decorating, holiday shopping, cooking, cleaning, then cooking and cleaning again, baking, trying to avoid the holiday stress, and entertaining. Honestly, the holidays are really about spending time with family, friends and making memories. So, I am sharing a creative cocktail for you to enjoy this holiday season. Make one for you, and one for someone you love (who’s over 21 years old, of course 😉 ), sit down and enjoy the moment. Connect. Make a memory. Celebrate.
Speaking of celebrating, since this RumChata and vodka martini is so easy to make, it’s perfect to serve at your New Year’s Eve parties. What sweeter way to ring in the new year than with this ChocoChata martini?! Well, there is one way I can think of. Serve these RumChata and vodka martinis with Voortman Bakery wafers. I had mine with the Chocolate Hazelnut wafers and they were the perfect pairing. The light, crispy wafers with a touch of sweetness from the chocolate and hazelnut tastes delicious with the creamy RumChata and the touch of butterscotch. Butterscotch? Yes! I love butterscotch candies, so I decided to add in butterscotch schnapps into this martini to give it a touch of sweetness. Then the chocolate sauce drizzle on the glass make this martini a beautiful cocktail that your guests will be asking for at each celebration.
My ChocoChata Martini is an incredible mixture of vodka, butterscotch schnapps and RumChata. And to make it extra pretty, drizzle chocolate sauce in the glass. Easy peasy!
Now, here is my ChocoChata Martini recipe. Be sure to Print It and Pin It so you can make this beautiful cocktail this New Year’s Eve Party and beyond.

I love serving these martinis with Voortman Bakery wafers and cookies because not only do they taste amazing, but Voortman Bakery bakes their cookies and wafers with real ingredients, these chocolate hazelnut wafers are baked with real cocoa. You won’t find artificial colors or flavors or high-fructose corn syrup, so you can feel good about snacking on them and serving them to your guests.
How do you celebrate New Year’s Eve? Do you like to stay in or go out? We like to stay in play games and enjoy lots of appetizers, for us, it’s the perfect way to spend quality time with friends and family…and enjoy my ChocoChata Martinis.
