My Chipotle Cheese Dip also has a bit of protein added to it for an extra layer of texture and deliciousness.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 package of Chipotle TofuBaked - diced
  • 3 chipotle peppers in adobo sauce - diced
  • 1 cup fat free sour cream
  • 1 package 1/3 less fat 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 ½ cups 2% milk shredded sharp cheddar cheese

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  • Place all ingredients into medium size mixing bowl and stir until well mixed
  • Bake 25-30 minutes in a baking dish or cast iron pan
  • Serve with nacho chips or fresh vegetables
  • Enjoy!

  1. This looks like a recipe you need to feel guilty about but it is healthy as can be I’m amazed! and it does look delicious, too!! I’d like to try it!

  2. I have not seen a recipe using tofu like this. It certainly looks delicious and great that it is low calorie and high protein.

  3. I’ve never used tofu for a dip but it looks really good. A great way to get healthy protein for the superbowl snacking!

  4. I have never tried this. I don’t eat tofu. I tried it once and wasn’t impressed. I did try it plain. I think it probably absorbs other flavors so I should try it in a recipe before condemning it.
