Strawberry Blackberry Sweet Potato Smoothie

I have another yummy sweet potato smoothie recipe concoction for you all today! Strawberries are in season and I can’t resist grabbing a package just about every time I head into the store. Sweet potatoes are a fun vegetable to add to your smoothies, they are great for you and are said to help with inflammation naturally, which is fantastic if you like to workout. Blackberries are loaded with antioxidants and Vitamin C, and they taste great, so they make an excellent addition to your healthy smoothies too.

Turmeric also helps with inflammation, cinnamon helps boost your metabolism, and chia seeds are full of nutrients, so they are in almost every single smoothie I make as well.

Healthy Strawberry Sweet Potato Smoothie

You will find that the sweet potato will leave a little “grit” in your smoothie, not making it chunky or anything, but leaving a different “texture,” my friend would say a bit “chalky.” I have found that beets can do that too.  It doesn’t bother me in the least, but I just thought I would give you all the heads up 😉

Now, here is my Strawberry Blackberry Sweet Potato Smoothie Recipe. Be sure to Print It and Pin It so that you can make it again and again.
