Smothered Pork Chop Cups #SundaySupper
I know I told you guys about the Sunday Sunday Movement a few weeks ago and this week’s theme is one that is sure to please just about everyone…everything you need for a fabulous family dinner in 5 ingredients or LESS. My recipe is for Smothered Pork Chop Cups and it is only THREE ingredients. And it was soooo easy 🙂 I am all about a dinner that is easy, delicious, and helps bring the family back to the dinner table.
- 4 Pork Chops
- 1 can of cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can of flaky biscuits
- Pepper to taste
- Cut the pork chops into bite-sized pieces and cook on skillet until cooked thoroughly
- Add in a can of cream of mushroom soup warm until mixed well
- Flatten 1 biscuit at a time and press into a muffin tin allowing the dough to overlap the sides.
- Repeat for each biscuit
- Fill each biscuit with the pork mixture – about 3/4 of the way up the biscuit
- Bake at 375 for 25 minutes – until dough is golden brown
- Sprinkle some pepper on top if desired
- Enjoy!
I hope you enjoy these Smothered Pork Chop Cups as much as we do! It’s also a great way to use Pork leftovers!
