Peanut Butter & Grape Rollups
Perfect For Lunches & Healthy Snacks
Today was the first day of school for us and that means it’s time to make lunches again. I don’t know how it happened, but I swear the whole idea seemed foreign to me. I have been doing it for years, but summer just went by too fast and making lunches seemed to have slipped my mind. Thankfully I got a recipe from Sun World Grapes the other day that was not only easy to make, but nutritious! You can have these Peanut Butter & Grape Rollups ready in just minutes, making them great for lunches and for an after-school healthy snack option.
To be honest, I have made them for lunch for ME several times already too 🙂 So, these Peanut Butter & Grape Rollups don’t have to be just for the kiddos.
Now, here’s how to make these delicious Peanut Butter & Grape Rollups:
- Tortillas of choice
- Peanut Butter/almond butter/sun butter
- Grapes – I used Sun World Black Grapes
- Cut grapes in quarters
- Spread peanut butter over the tortilla
- Top with grapes
- Roll and cut into pieces if desired
I hope you enjoy these Peanut Butter & Grape Rollups as much as we do!
