How To Eat Healthier This Back To School Season
&
Support Feeding America
I know every parent want their children to eat healthy. Healthier lunches, snacks, meals at home. This Back To School season, I wanted to share some healthy recipes and several ways on how you can help Feeding America® children’s programs such as Kids Café, Backpack program and Child Hunger Corps.
How does taking the Power Your Lunchbox help others?
For every online pledge, lunchbox-friendly companies supporting Power Your Lunchbox Pledge will make a collective $1 donation to Feeding America® children’s programs such as Kids Café, Backpack program and Child Hunger Corps.
But that’s not all you will find on PowerYourLunchBox.com, you will also have access to tools and tips for families and classrooms to eat healthier lunches, after-school snacks and weekday dinners this school year. In fact, I have a couple amazing recipes listed below, so don’t miss them!

Feeding America contributes to nearly every single foodbank and food giveaway site in the USA. They are truly amazing. I volunteer and see their trucks. Most dont realize 1 in 5 are hungry. Give back if you can!
Thank you Ellen!
I have donated canned food and other items . It is hard to believe that there are so many hungry Americans.
I know, it’s heart-breaking. Thank you so much for donating – everything helps!
Thank you for sharing this with us. Great way for us to remember to pack healthily and be able to help others through them. 🙂
What a great cause…while keeping our own kids healthy. Lots of colorful fruits and veggies there…which they say is a sign of a healthy diet!
