  1. My Game Day party tip is to always have a variety of snacks, not everyone likes chips so also have crackers.. things like that

  2. Serve dishes that can be made the day before or earlier in the day and kept in the frig until it’s time to pop them in the oven and bake. Take lots of pictures – they’re always fun to look back at!

  3. My game day tip is all about the food, have plenty of crowd pleasing recipes made up, and make sure you make a few different dips.

  4. Plan foods that can be fixed the day before or in a crock pot. Borrow crock pots to cook more than one thing at a time.

  5. I make dips and foods the night before so I can heat foods up and pull out of the fridge so I’m ready for the game and not still cooking/making!

  6. We usually plan ahead of time so we can get our crackers, cheeses, and anything else on sale. Then we make the snacks and food the night before. That way we can relax game day and just get out the food when we want it.

  7. Have everyone bring their favorite game food and drink with enough to share. Then everyone gets to relax, enjoy the day and sample some new foods.

  8. My game day tip is to have small finger foods….there’s nothing more annoying than having to look away from the game while eating. Every moment counts.

  9. my tip is to get guest to bring their favorite dish so you dont have to cook so much and you can make sure everyone will have something there they like

  10. My tip: make as MUCH ahead as possible. Put a crock pot together for the “main dish” and do your other things the night before, so you can actually enjoy 🙂

  11. I like to have as much food prepared ahead of time as possible, and of course, lots of crunchy snacks like these.

  12. make sure you have plenty of napkins/paper towels because those bbq wings you have to have on game day can get quite messy

  13. We always order extra pizzas to have on hand because you never how much food they will eat. They pizza will be great to eat the next day if there is any left.

  14. Have a lot of finger foods prepared ahead of time and easy to prepare snacks (popcorn, chips, dips, veggies :). Thanks!

  15. My tip would be to plan ahead so that it is easy to have everything bought and premade as much as possible.

  16. I’m just happy to have the day off and go to my friend’s super bowl party. Can you believe, my boss shuts down his restaurant? That’s cause he really doesn’t want to work either.

  17. Buy more food than you’ll need. It won’t go to waste, you can always send it home with guests if you need to! chances are, you’ll eat it the next day because you’re too tired to prepare something else.

  18. I try to get all the prep work done early in the day so I can also enjoy the game (well…the commercials mostly)

  19. Have a variety of food but don’t stress yourself with difficult gourmet recipes that require detailed effort to get them right when you should be enjoying the game.

  20. My tip is to prep everything the day before so you can be watching the game with your guests instead of in the kitchen

  21. We do several kinds of cold and hot dips, the cold can be mad the day before, one hot can be made in the crockpot, another in the oven.

  22. One of my tips is to prep food the night before if possible to make things easier for entertaining.

  23. On Game Day, we have everyone bring their favorite dish to share with the rest of the bunch. This works out really well.

  24. Have easy access waste bags and garbage receptacles. Make signs if you need to. It will make cleaning up much easier.

  25. My tip is to have everyone bring their favorite snack pot-luck style, so you don’t have to work all morning and you get to try new things!

  26. Leave a comment on this post with one of your Game Day Party Tips

order 2 pizzas..one for you,and one everybody else

  27. i think you should have a little extra of a couple things just in case people eat more than you expect

  28. I like to have everyone bring a dish to pass. Simple and easy is the key to my parties so we all can enjoy

  29. Game days are always so much fun. I focus on being prepared and getting everything done prior to company. That way I can actually enjoy time with them the entire time!
