Food should be savored. After all, food is a love language in and of itself. Whether you’re vegetarian, paleo, gluten-free, or even vegan, the food and recipes you will find here on Food Wine Sunshine are flavorful and mostly healthy. I’ve done my best to include a wide variety of exciting options on this website and I’m always interested in testing and adding more. So, if you have a recipe idea, I’d love to hear about it.

Like you, I’m a busy mom who doesn’t have time to make complicated, gourmet meals. But I can whip up a quick weeknight meal like a healthy Greek-inspired pizza from scratch with fresh vegetables. On-the-go? Make one of my smoothie recipes to take with you as you’re running out the front door. How about an easy make-ahead breakfast so that we can sleep in on the weekends? Or maybe you just don’t want to feel like you are stuck in the kitchen during special holidays like Thanksgiving and Christmas.
