Unless you live under a rock or don’t have any social media accounts, you have heard the term, keto diet. I have seem amazing transformations of friends and social media acquaintances online. But, do you really know what the ketogenic diet is? Have you ever wondered what the benefits of living a ketogenic lifestyle is? Because, just like with any “diet” the keto diet is an actual lifestyle. One that you have to understand and want to follow before you dive in and change everything that is in your refrigerator, freezer and pantry.

That alone my scare some people off, including me. But remember that you don’t have to agree to NEVER EVER eat carbs again, just not as often.
