NoGii – Gluten-Free Never Tasted So Good

As you guys know, I am a work-out enthusiast that also loves chocolate and snacking. I am also on the go all the time with my family and kids and I try REALLY hard to find foods that keep as far away from fast food as possible.

That requires a bit of research and planning on my part. Finding companies out there that care what they put into their products can sometimes proof to be challenging. I also look for products that are packed with protein for the days I accidentally missed breakfast and for after my workouts. I also love protein bars for the kids!

They are so active that they are almost always starving by mid-afternoon. To help keep them from asking for chips and popsicles, a good protein bar is my go-to.

I mentioned that I am a chocolate lover, right? And if I am being honest with you, my 3pm craving is almost always for something chocolate. I don’t need a lot. Just something small enough to satisfy me until I start making dinner.
