In this Blueberry Cucumber Smoothie recipe, I added French Vanilla Neocell, Collagen Sport, Ultimate Recovery Complex. After a long run or a fabulous Jazzercise class, I need to Refuel & Recover. Blueberry Cucumber Recovery Smoothie
- 6-7 baby carrots
- 15 blueberries a decent size handful
- 2 slices cucumber
- ½ banana
- 4 oz coconut water - or your choice of liquid
- 3-4 ice cubes
- 1 scoop 1 scoop Neocell Collagen Sport, Ultimate Recovery Complex Powder or your preferred protein powder
- Place ingredients as listed into your favorite blending device
- Blend until smooth
