Easy Cranberry Jello Salad
The holidays are coming and that means delicious holiday meals and entertaining family and friends. It also means buying lots of ingredients for things that you may not usually buy, like cranberry sauce. I will openly admit that I only buy cranberry sauce once or twice a year. And sometimes when I buy cranberry sauce I forget to serve it with the holiday meal. Leaving me with miscellaneous cans of cranberry sauce in my pantry.
So, what do you do with your cranberry sauce leftovers? Or maybe you just want something different to do with cranberry sauce than just putting it on a pretty plate during the holidays. Well, I have the perfect easy holiday recipe so that you can use that cranberry sauce.
Easy Cranberry Jello Salad.
To make this Easy Cranberry Jello Salad recipe you need, you guessed it, cranberry sauce and jello. I used raspberry and strawberry jello, I think the flavors pair nicely with the cranberry sauce. You also need apple, crushed pineapple and water. I told you that this was an easy holiday recipe.
Prep time for this Holiday Cranberry Jello Salad is only 5 minutes.
Cook time is also only 5 minutes.
Once you have the cranberry jello fruit mixture prepared you simply put it in serving cups, I used small dessert shot glasses. Then you allow it to set in the refrigerator for about 3 hours. I topped mine with whipped topping, but you don’t have to. Use cool whip if you want to keep it easy, or make your own with heavy whipping cream.
You can make this Cranberry Jello Salad in a baking pan, a bundt pan if you prefer, or they sell Jello molds on Amazon too. I like the individual servings for entertaining guests. That way your friends and family can grab their dessert and go back to socializing.

Jello is typically good for 7 to 10 days in the refrigerator, so if you don’t end up serving all your delicious holiday treats at one meal, be sure to refrigerate the rest and snack on them for a few. They are actually very low in fat and have fruit in them.
