  • 6-7 baby carrots
  • 15 blueberries a decent size handful
  • 2 slices cucumber
  • ½ banana
  • 4 oz coconut water - or your choice of liquid
  • 3-4 ice cubes
  • 1 scoop 1 scoop Neocell Collagen Sport, Ultimate Recovery Complex Powder or your preferred protein powder

Instructions

  • Place ingredients as listed into your favorite blending device
  • Blend until smooth
