Santa Maria Steak Rub
This Santa Maria Steak Rub is right from the steak masters! Certified Angus Beef gave me this recipe and it soon became our favorite steak rub. Try it for yourself!

Ingredients

cracked black pepper

granulated honey

granulated garlic

Instructions
Combine all ingredients and store in an airtight container
When ready to use, evenly rub approx 1 tablespoon per pound, on your steaks (preferably Certified Angus Beef)
Cover beef with plastic wrap or in a ziploc bag for at least 2 hours or overnight for more intense flavor
Cook steaks as desired - I recommend grilling to a beautiful medium rare
