Ingredients

  • 3 oz Aperol
  • 3 oz Prosecco or another dry sparkling wine, like French Blue Crémant de Bordeaux
  • 1 oz club soda or unflavored sparkling water
  • Ice
  • Orange slice for garnish

Instructions

  • Fill a large wine glass with ice — go ahead, fill it up!
  • Pour in 3 oz of Aperol.
  • Add 3 oz of Prosecco.
  • Top with cub soda or sparkling water.
  • Garnish with orange slice.
  • Cheers!

Notes

The standard ratio is 3:3:1 (Aperol, Prosecco, soda), but feel free to tweak it!
