Ingredients

  • ¼ cup peanut butter chocolate protein powder chocolate would be fine too! I used Naked Whey Protein Powder
  • 1 tsp all purpose flour use 1 tbsp coconut flour as a GF option
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp chocolate chips optional
  • ¼ cup milk

Instructions

  • Combine all the dry ingredients into a small bowl and stir well
  • In a separate bowl, mix the egg and milk
  • Combine the wet and dry ingredients and mix well
  • Pour into a deep mug/small bowl
  • Microwave for 1 minute
  • Drizzle with warmed up peanut butter and extra chocolate chips before serving if desired
  • Enjoy!
