This slow cooker meal is a few simple ingredients and is full of flavor. You can also prep it and freeze it ahead of time making meal planning a breeze!
Toss all the ingredients into a large freezer ziploc bag and freeze until ready for use
Thaw overnight and cook on low for 6 hours in slow cooker
Shred or break apart chicken into smaller pieces before serving and place back into juices in crockpot for 15-30 mins for added flavor
Serve over rice

Notes
If you forget to take it out the night before to thaw - that's ok! I do that all the time! Just place the frozen ingredients into the slow cooker and add an additional 1-2 hours to the cooking time.
