  • 1 cup Florida Milk I used 2%
  • 1 cup Kale
  • 1 cup blackberries
  • 2 Brazil Nuts
  • 1/2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1/2 cup carrots approx 8 baby carrots
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon if desired
  • ice if desired


  • Place all ingredients into your favorite blending device and blend until smooth.
  • Enjoy!


*Note you may need to increase blending time due to the kale and nuts.
