Season both sides of your fresh fish with blackening seasoning
Preheat the grill to about 350 degrees
Grill fish until fully cooked - approx 3-5 mins per side depending on the thickness of your fish filet
While the fish is grilling, make your slaw
Dice 1/2 mango and roughly chop 1/2 jalapeno (leave seeds in for extra heat)
Pour 1/2 bag of shredded coleslaw into a medium size bowl
Add the jalapeño, mango, 1 tbs of mayo, 1 tbs olive oil, 1 tbs red wine vinegar, 1 tbs sugar to the coleslaw. Stir well.
Top your favorite Hamburger Buns with the blackened fish and mango jalapeño slaw
Serve immediately
