Carrot Orange Pineapple Juice

Equipment

  • Juicer

Ingredients

  • 1 pineapple
  • 3 naval oranges peeled
  • 1 large cucumber
  • 2 large carrots

Instructions

  • Wash and prepare the fruits and vegetables.
  • Cut the top and rind off of the pineapple. Then cut the pineapple down and around the core.
  • Place all ingredients in small batches into the juicer chute.
  • Turn the juicer on and start the juicing process.
  • Drink right away or refrigerate for up to 3 days.

Notes

This juicing recipe makes about 30-32 oz of juice.
