  • 7 Florida strawberries greens removed
  • 1/4 cup Florida blueberries
  • 1/2 cup Florida Local kale
  • 1/4 cup orange about a 1/4 of a large Florida orange
  • 1/4 cup non-fat greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup skim milk I prefer Florida Milk, of course!

Instructions

  • Blend everything together until smooth in your favorite blending device
  • Pour into a bowl
  • Top with all things yummy
  • Enjoy!
