The mandarins and milk give this smoothie the flavor of those creamy orange popsicles you used to love as a child! Add in carrots and celery for extra nutrients and you have a deliciously healthy protein shake.

  • 2 mandarins peeled
  • ½ cup carrots sliced
  • 1 celery stalk greens removed
  • 6 ice cubes
  • 1 cup Florida Milk


  • Place all ingredients as listed above into your favorite blending device
