Equipment

Ingredients

  • 5 baby carrots
  • 3-5 thin slices of cucumber
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1/2 cup organic silken tofu
  • 1 tbsp Organic Peanut Butter or 2 tablespoon of Peanut Butter Powder
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 3 ice cubes
  • 4 - 6 oz of coconut water

Instructions

  • Place the ingredients into your blending device as listed above
  • Blend until smooth
