Instructions
Sauté garlic with the olive oil in large stock pot over medium heat
Add tomato soup, tomato paste, half and half, chicken broth, and spices
Bring to a simmer
Cook tortellini according to package directions
Carefully add tortellini into the soup
Ladle soup into bowls and top with parmesan cheese
Serve with fresh bread if desired

If you can't find
sun dried tomato paste
you can substitute regular tomato paste.
