Put the condensed milk and chocolate chips into in a medium microwaveable bowl.
Microwave for 1½ - 2 minutes.
Remove from microwave and stir until blended well.
Gently stir in the chopped peanuts and marshmallows.
Pour the chocolate mixture in a parchment paper/wax paper lined 8 x 8 or 6 x 9 baking pan.
Place in refrigerator for 1 - 2 hours until hardened.
Cut into bite size pieces.

For the peanuts, we just chopped up some cocktail peanuts that we had in the pantry.
We also added a few extra marshmallows to the top of the fudge after it was poured into the pan, you don't have to, we just liked the way it looked. Plus, who doesn't like a few extra marshmallows?!
