Equipment

Ingredients

  • 6 baby carrots
  • 5 slices cucumber
  • 5 slices green apples I used Crunch Pak
  • ½ avocado - peeled and pitted
  • 4-6 oz coconut water - or your choice of liquid
  • ½ tsp turmeric
  • ½ tsp cinnamon

Instructions

  • Place ingredients as listed above into your blending device
  • Blend until smooth
  • Enjoy!
