Saute vegetables in a 1 teaspoon of olive oil until tender
Combine the ricotta, egg, Italian seasoning and 1/4 cup of the mozzarella cheese blend in a mixing bowl and set aside
Pour a small amount of the Ragu Homestyle sauce on the bottom of an 8x8 baking pan, just enough to lightly coat the bottom
Place a layer of the noodles over the sauce
Spread a layer of the ricotta mixture over the noodles, sprinkle a bit of Parmesan cheese if you would like
Add a layer of the sauteed vegetables
Add a layer of Ragu Homestyle Thick and Hearty Sauce
Place a layer of the noodles over the sauce
Spread a layer of the ricotta mixture over the noodles, sprinkle a bit of Parmesan cheese if you would like
Add a layer of the sauteed vegetables
Add a layer of noodles
Pour on the remainder of sauce over the last layer of noodles
Sprinkle on the shredded mozzarella and the remainder of the Parmesan
Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes
Uncover and bake for an additional 15 minutes or until heated throughout
