Healthy Homemade Tzatziki Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 5.3 oz container of non fat Greek yogurt
  • ¼ English cucumber, halved lengthwise
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 tbsp fresh mint - chopped
  • 1/2 tbsp fresh dill - chopped
  • 1/2 zest from half the lemon
  • 1 tsp fresh lemon juice

Instructions

  • Scoop out the seeds of the cucumber
  • Using the large holes on a grater, grate the cucumber
  • Mix all ingredients in a small bowl and refrigerate until ready to use
  • Enjoy!

Notes

This recipe is Weight Watcher friendly and is ZERO points on the Blue Plan.  This homemade Tzatziki Sauce recipe is delicious as a dip for veggies or chips as well as a yummy addition to sandwiches, fish and even pizza!
