Sprinkle salt and pepper on the salmon and set aside.
In a medium pan melt the brown sugar, honey and butter.
Reduce heat and whisk in the mustard, soy sauce, olive oil and ginger.
Add the salmon to the pan, skin side down.
Spoon some of the sauce on top of the salmon.
Flip once after 5 - 6 minutes.
Spoon some of the sauce on top of the salmon.
Saute to medium doneness.
