Crockpot Baked Potatoes

Did you know that you could put potatoes in the slow cooker? Baked potatoes just got easier! Enjoy these crockpot baked potatoes with just 5 minutes prep time.

Ingredients

  • Desired number of potatoes - I recommend Idaho Potatoes
  • Olive Oil
  • Salt
  • Aluminum Foil

Instructions

  • Wash the potatoes, set them aside.
  • Tear pieces of aluminum foil big enough the wrap the potatoes in.
  • Drizzle some olive oil on the center foil, place the potato in the center of foil, drizzle a little more olive oil and add a dash or two of salt.
  • Wrap up the potatoes and place them in your crockpot for about 8 hours on low.
  • Unwrap and serve when you are ready.
  • Enjoy!
