Wash the potatoes, set them aside.
Tear pieces of aluminum foil big enough the wrap the potatoes in.
Drizzle some olive oil on the center foil, place the potato in the center of foil, drizzle a little more olive oil and add a dash or two of salt.
Wrap up the potatoes and place them in your crockpot for about 8 hours on low.
Unwrap and serve when you are ready.
