Berry Delicious Frozen Yogurt NILLA Sandwiches

These Berry Delicious Frozen Yogurt NILLA Sandwiches are easy to make and will cool you off, not warm up the kitchen.

Ingredients

  • Cupcake paper liners
  • 1 cup low fat greek yogurt
  • 1 cup lite whipped topping
  • Lemon NILLA wafers
  • Fresh strawberries sliced
  • Blueberries

Instructions

  • Place cupcake paper liners in muffin tin
  • Place 1 Lemon NILLA wafer in each cup
  • Mix yogurt and whipped topping
  • Top each Lemon NILLA wafer with one small scoop yogurt/topping mixture
  • Top with a strawberry slice or blueberries...or both!
  • Top fruit layer with one small scoop yogurt/topping mixture
  • Top with 1 Lemon NILLA wafer
  • Freeze for at least 1 hour
  • *You may need knife to pop them out of muffin tin when done
  • Allow to thaw for a minute before peeling off paper
  • Enjoy!
